my2005 seadoo keeps melting exhaust

Your problem is easy. find the plugged up cooling hose, and clean it out. If you are spraying water into the exhaust, it won't melt.

Yeah its got restriction somewhere keeping the water from flowing. Another member (Scooper77515) here recently had a similar problem. Find his post and it may help.
