09 RXT 215hp - What's it worth?

What's the going rate for an 09 RXT 215hp? Found one used at a local motorsports dealear. It has 70 hours, but doesn't include trailer. Asking $7,999. Sounds a bit high especially without a trailer. Am I off base?

Also, I know the 09 4-tecs have the updated supercharger washers and the better exhaust valves, but does the RXT have the same pump tunnel issues that the 08 and 09 RXT-Xs have?

I picked up my '07 RXT for $5700.00 with trailer.. it had 100hrs.

Bought my 09 RXT-X new in 2010 from the dealer with 1 hr.

I paid $9999.00

So used low hrs I would think 2 or 3 grand less if in near perfect condition.

Sounds about right if it included a trailer. If not then I'd try and talk him down or to include a trailer.
