We bought a 07 GTI last year and love it. However, the dealer we bought it from went out of business and it looks like the nearest dealer is about an hour and half away now. I know that we will need to have our 1st service after a couple of more hours of use. I believe it is just a oil change and computer reset. I could do the oil and filter, but don't have anyway to let the computer know the service was done. Is there a way to do this without the long trip?
