05 rxp rebuild question about rotor

I am rebuilding my 05 RXP. I have placed the ring gear and encoder wheel on the proper notch. When placing the rotor I noticed it had 4 indentions in it (see pic 2). I cannot find it mentioned anywhere in the engine shop manual. Does it make a difference where those "notches" are place in the encoding gear?

The notches I believe in picture was machined you balance the rotor
It can be installed in any of the six positions

I always try put rotating items back to how how they were assembled at factory
