After about 10min of jumping waves the haul fills up with an estimated 20 gallons of water and won't pump out, I have to go dock it and pull the plugs.

I checked the lines on the vaccum pumps or whatever you call them and blew thru them with my mouth and they seem to be clog free. I can hear the check valves click so they seem to be working. Not sure why the water isn't being pumped out!

If you just drive it around slow and putts it doesn't hold water so I don't believe there are any leaks its just not pumping the water out that comes in ater submerging from the landings.

Any ideas?

You could to try riding with the seat off and look for any water entering the Hull, to be sure the water isn't coming in from a cooling hose or a crack of some kind in the Hull. Just be careful not to sink the seadoo with the seat off.

I rode it around for like 10 min all slow, jumped it a little here and there and pulled the seat and there wasn't any water so I don't think there are any leaks in the haul. While on the trailer I filled the thing up with a hose seeing if any water leaked out of the bottom and I didn't see anything. Tonight I hooked a hose up to it and started it for about 5-8 minutes letting the water run thru and looked all over and didn't see any water leaks from any hoses so I'm stuck.....

Do seadoo pwc's have bige pumps? Does it only fill up with water when you jump waves? will it fill up with water lets say if you do 50mph on flat water? that sounds like alot of water getting in check around the rub rail for leaks, on my rub rail a couple rivets came lose and ive been seeing alot more water in it. also noticed the bottom of the motor is lower then where the bilge is mounted on my boat....

I don't think there is a "pump" it works on pressure or vacumm so to speak with the prop.

If I just ride around normal, no jumping it won't have any water come in.

I'm hitting 6ft+ waves and I land straight up and she submerges a bit of course and water comes in around the front of seat and perhaps somewhere else.

I'll check to see if my rivets or the haul is cracked under the rubbed bumper strip. Either way tho I would think it should pump this water out!!!

Do the check valves go bad or the little black rubber pump devices?

Bailers. Are the venturi type. The vacuum created by the jet pump sucks the water out of the hull, through the little boxes. I say clean them out. Trash in them will cause them to work wrong. Take lines apart, and use a water hose, with a little nozzle on the end to back flush and clean them until the run good.

Speaking of bailer's I had a problem with my bailer this weenend, bailer plug line came off and boat was taking on water
(would recomend everyone to check the bailer plug line regularly) its small clear about 6in long bent inhalf and hook near the inlet for water from the pump, and is only held on by small zip ties.

Nate, I did take the hoses apart and blew air in them and could hear the air coming out of both ends (jet side and black pumps) so I don't believe they are clogged, I suppose its possible but I did hear air and that go thru.

Is there any other reason that would cause the pumps not to function? Is it possible water is coming in to fast for the jet ski to pump out?

The bailer lines might be having some kind of problem and not allowing the water to exit quickly. ON the other hand the seadoo shouldn't be taking on water that fast..check the seal around the seat for maybe a way water is getting in when running fast or jumping waves. I don't hear of too many problems with water not exiting out unless there is a blockage or a huge leak somewhere. I suggest giving it a real good look over.Check all the cooling lines for any small cracks that only leak when under pressure of running hard or jumping waves...

Keep us posted.
