04 3D Sea doo,ALL LIGHTS ON,check engine light on ,oil and fuel.

Hi i just buy 3d first time .
1.i did complete rebuild engine and when i start it all lights show up on dash ,and they don't off after few seconds.all time are on.
I have before 05 rxt, 06 rxp and i know how to check a codes on them , but on 3d i don't. So i need help, why all lights are on . Engine run good, even on water everything is ok.

2. Maybe because i can't find service enter plug to connect with laptop. Is there on 2004 3d service enter plug??? Or there isn't??
Anyone??

There is no service plug on the 3d that you can access the MPEM. I'm not sure why the lights are on all the time except if there is a short somewhere in the main wire harness.

Yes a short in your electrics or bad earth.
