Hello out there in seadoo land, I was in the process of reinstalling the
spark arrester when my buddy the owner of said 95 xp started it up before
i had finished. well two bolts from spark arrester got sucked into the motor.
ran, loud grinding noise, now motor stuck, wont turn over, Can anybody
tell me what damage I can expect to find, this cant have a good ending.
but any help on this matter would be great. advice, maybe someone did
this and has been down this road. please help.

Pull the spark plugs and carbs off and see if you can GENTLY rotate that crank and retrieve those bolts.

You never know how much damage is done until you look.

I would plan to remove the motor enough to flip it over, first to drain out the bolts then to observe thru the rv valve how bad is it? You can remind your freind this is a good reason to read a shop manual, imagine if the motor had backfired burning both of your arms and faces to shreds.
