I would imagine somebody knows exactly what type of Pistons that is. Cast or forged? Also how bad are they? I think I read somewhere they are forged if so how does that affect break in? Any recommendations? Just to know they're already installed and will be ran. Not done by me. Thanks!

I believe that catalog number is for a cast, non-coated piston. As far as break in goes, it should be just like an OEM piston... They aren’t the highest quality parts out there, but it’s not junk. I wouldn’t have any issue running them on a recreational ski...

I appreciate the input! I try to find the information before posting. Could pull them up and even purchase but no details.

Recreational? Sounds like I'll be fine. I'm not a constant Full Throttle guy. Probably run the majority at 5/8. Don't get me wrong I get on it but in short bursts.

You’re fine with the WSM stuff. By recreational, I mean you’re not out racing and trying to lean the ski to the point right before you start melting pistons. You should be good to go if your ski is fairly stock and you’re just out having fun.
