what is the proceedure in filling the engine system with antifreeze.

I've looked in the manual for your model and it is to indepth to try and type in a post.
In the "how to" section under the PWC category, hfgreg has a thread on winterizing and de-winterizing that will give you the basics of setting your boat up for the winter. I live on the gulf coast so it only freezes a couple times through the winter. I keep my engine compartment heated during the coldest days of the year.
I run my boat 2 times a week through the off season. So I don't do much in the way of winterizing.
