Head cover bolt water leak

I have 2000 gs 717, and have water leaking around one of my head bolt, when it's on the hose. I was thinking about removing bolt and filling hole with sealant, than put bolt slightly threw hole, and let dry than push in further than tighten

Is it coming from one of the bolts that seals the cylinder head? That would be a concern. Otherwise You might try removing the bolt and cleaning it really well. Put some Loctite 518 on the threads and on the top of the bolt where it seals on the head cover and just torque it down.. Give it a few hours before you test it. Remember also that your water hose will put a good bit more pressure on the system than the jet pump. Good Luck !!

Yes that's the bolt, I pulled the plug for the cylinder, and cranked it over, it didn't throw any water. I checked compression in both cylinder, they were good and even.
