I'm a newbie and just went premium member so that I could get into the repair manual but couldn't find any sign of one in the manual list. I just bought a '95 speedster with "supposedly-$2,800." rebuilt engines. but the guy said the "fuel pump" needs to be replaced. After some research I have decided that he meant the "oil pump" since several of the oil lines were loose and I've discovered there really isn't a fuel pump per say. So I decided to just convert to pre-mix after reading several of the posts on that topic, How ever I can't find the manual to tell me exactly how to do it. Plus there are several other things I'd like to find out about in the manual.

Can anyone lead in the right direction?

Download the mananul and rebuild the carbs/fuel pumps, I'd replace the oil lines/filters and keep the injection system...But here's a pdf on for removing it from SBT...

Grab the manual for the 96. It should be able to tell you everything you need to know. The only real difference will be that you don't have a DESS system, and your drive shaft seals will be the old style.

Regardless... the manual won't tell you how to remove the oil injection.

beleive also, the carb set-up is different, along with, your boat has 2-657, the 96 came with 720...same concept though, with routing the oil lines.
