You came for help then totally ignored the good advice that was given to you, in the business world we have a word for people who do this we call them askholes.

Well maybe u guys reply to people the way u guys do because u guys know everything about seadoos.

Ppl on here need to realize we here for help and not smart ass remarks just cuz we arent AS SMART about seadoos as all of u guys doesnt mean we are stupid either.

The people on here take their time to help those in need. Folks ask questions in hopes to receive good advice. Good advice has been given here and not followed. It;s no wonder folks ae getting frustrated with you Mr Donny25. Epoxy-ing a piece of PVC into the hull is NOT the correct way to fix this and you did NOT follow good advice. It that thing comes loose the ski will probably sink and you will be out a lot more than you would have been if you'd just followed the good advice you were given an fixed it right in the first place. Good luck

Might not be the correct way buts i assure u its stong enough. If u guys cant get passed that and help about the other problems now then no reason to be on this forum anymore.cuz that pvc will not come out now. Im sure u guys have used jb weld. It dries and u cant get things apart.

Ok guys sorry for my smart ass remarks also .

So how do i remove the thru the hole fitting? The entire thing that goes thru the hull. ?then the pvc will come out with it

You can't remove it, it's one piece that is glassed into the hull.

What you're supposed to do it cut the remaining piece flush on the inside of the hull. put epoxy on the knurled aluminum replacement piece, then drive that into the old thru hull fitting. It's quite simple. If you wanted to remove your PVC you could cut it length wise in 2 places, the break the sliver out, then with a screwdriver catch one of the edges and try and roll the edge inward. But you need to remove a piece to allow it to roll in on itself. The start over with the aluminum piece.

Any ideas on how to re torque the pto coupler flywheel????
I read a few ideas but i dont want to shove rope or string im the engine....

Rope is your only option. Just make sure the rear piston is 3/4 of the way up so the rope doesn't get into the exhaust port. It really is the safest way.

No. You need to lock the crank which is threaded and tighten the PTO flywheel which is threaded onto it. Holding the driveshaft won't do anything because it is splined to the PTO.

Ok i got pvc piece out and installed the metal thru hull fitting....

Putting bearing on in few hours

Now how tight should i torque pto? I dont have a torque wrench i will be using a 18 inch pipe wrench. Do i need more leverage with a cheater bar? I got blue locktite for it also. I just dont want to **** the engine up...if i go for a ride will yhe resistance of the water tighten the the pto?

ok those problems are fixed. Now i have to feather on take off. I cant hit it wot from idle. I have to slowly give it gas. Then onve full throttle no problem but slow down and go to take off out the hole it boggsss wont die just boggs

Your carb is not clean or has bad parts. Or the fuel valve or fuel strainer need to be replaced.

I just rebuilt carbs.

Fuel valve as in selecting gas or reserve?

Fuel strainer? I changed fuel filter... where is the strainer?

Ran great besides low speed.... what could cause this? I didnt change anything on the carbs and they were working fine before
