I am in the market for a fun boat for my family. I ran across this today. The salesman is out so I am not sure what they mean by fixer upper other than the upholstery. If that is all then I might try a low ball offer around $3000.00.

Any good questions to ask or things to look for other than a compression test and a test drive?
