What do I need to know and look at ?

Hi guys I love the GTI 130 I bought this spring so much I am now looking at buying a second ski a 2011 RXT 260HP with warranty left until mid July 2016 and about 60 hours on it. Original owner with trailer and cover and the machine looks spotless from the pictures I have seen.

I know nothing about this unit I want to give my wife the GTI and I want something with a lot more get up and go to play and for top speed and this machine sounds like it. He says it has the Reverse, Direction Assist IBR, Sport Mode, Cruise, Adjustable trim and a wack of other things.

When I asked if the super charger had any service or work done he told me on these new models you dont touch them until 150 hours is that correct ?

I just want to know from other owner if there are any know issues with these models and should I bother have a dealer look at it first ?

It is a great ski. 200 hrs on a SC rebuild or 2 yrs. 2 yr rule is because the bearings and squirrel cages get brittle and can break. When they do, they fall into the engine. The engine needs pulled to get to all of the parts.

So it needs rebuilt based on age, not hours.

I have the 09 version and LOVE it.

No known issues with the engine or SC as there are in the 08 and older.
