Ok so me and a few brave friend went out today for a test ride to see how the skis were gonna run and my friends gpr1200 that we rebuilt the carbs on ran good my friends 2009 rxpx that we put the bailer lines in was good(they were never installed from the factory it was taking in alot of water last year) now my ski 00 xp that I did alot of maintaince on seem to be the prob when running around 1/4 throttle it would die out after a few seconds but if I ran past that to wot the ski runs perfect I'm thinking Thr carbs of air I getting in I need to get a o-ring fir the water separator I emigre and cleaned it but didn't replace the o-ring cause I didnt have one but I rebuilt my top end last season and tried to pull the carbs off but the bolts wouldnt come out I hope the carbs are not the prob

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem.

Have you replaced the gray tempo fuel lines? Cleaned or replaced fuel filter, fuel selector valve, carb. filters? I would guess the carb. filters need cleaned or replaced.

All lines are new when I replaced them last year the old ones were still good no signs of the the green gunk in the lines and ran good last season I hope I don't have to try and remove the carbs as the bolts wouldn't come out

if you replaced them last year, did it run good after? you could have a air leark somewere, mayb have to go double check all of your clamps and then get the oring for the water seperator and clean your fuel selector, I did al those things to mine when i had a problem and it was fixed. If that dont do anything it will probally be the carbs, but you should be able to get alot of help from the guys on here.

Are you running on fresh gas? Did you put Stabil in the gas last year when you winterized the ski? Did you clean or replace the fuel selector valve?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the carb. filters probably need to be cleaned, you could try running some carb. cleaner in with the gas. Problem is if you are running lean it tends to make the engine run hotter.

I was keeping an eye on my motor for temp noise sputter nothing seemed wrong plugs didn't look like it was running lean I did treat the fuel last year but I did put 5gallons fresh fuel in It before going out gonna take it out one more time and see if it cleans up if not gonna pray I can get the carbs off with out ripping the treads out of the motor

So I gonna order rebuild kit just to have them in case I need the to lessen my down time I kno to get oem kits but what ones are for my carbs?? It only said Seadoo Mikuni kits are they all the same?
