Water in center storage

Have water collecting in the center floor storage area after putting my tubes in there wet. The problem is the water isn't draining out the hole in the back. I tried poking something thru the hole and it doesn't appear to be clogged. Then I tried jacking up the boat to get a better drain angle, no luck. Anyone have a similar issue or any thoughts?

That drain hole drains into the open hull. There must be something blocking it.

I can stick a pole thru the hole and it comes out in the engine bay area.

If the bow is lower than the stern, then the water won't run in that direction. If the hole is open the water has to drain...I think that's something to do with gravity...:rofl:
