Water pumping in hull

I've got a 1998 gtx bombardier rotax. I just got it, it's been sitting for 6 years, it was parked with a brand new engine. I've got it running great, but it's putting water in the hull from a little hole in front bottom of engine. I don't know if this is some kind of drain port or what, but I can't find any hoses off anywhere.please help.

It's coming from the hole in top right of pic, but my phone was upside down

That is an unused screw hole near the starter. The water is coming from underneath that area. I think there is an water outlet that should be connected to a hose and perhaps flows through the magneto cover for cooling.

Ok thanks, I'm new to jet skis, where should I look for the other end of the hose?
