Better figure out why so you don't cook the engine.

I like compressed air to blow threw the hoses to find the plugs.

Wow Tony,

I never even knew this, I ran my boat all the time without the water coming out of there? is it supposed to gush out, or what?

I had the same problem last year got to shallow at the beach and sucked up sand it filled this tubing and the cooling jacket of the engine, had to have it all cleaned out at the dealer.

That's the reason the "Pee Hole" is there. So you know if you are pumping water or not.

at idle... it will just be a trickle... at anything above half throttle... it should be a nice stream.

I thought I had a problem with mine last year. You might want to try this before you get too involved. Mine was plugged right at the outlet. I took a piece of #12 solid copper wire, commonly known as romex, stripped back about 3-4" and cleared the blockage.

That could have something to do with why your last engine cooked and why the current one still runs like poo.

Unbelievable how reading the manual can help you!, right now my boat is stripped down waiting for reverse shift cable, plus the upholstery going in there, im gonna do what you guys suggested and see where the blockage is.. wow what a trip,.

How sad I didnt know this for a year.. :(

I have this problem when I go to shallow and suck up sand, I have found that removing the hose at the end which you have circled red and at the other end then using a wire hanger to push out the sand helps to open up you "pee" hole. Also, if the sand is packed in their tightly beat the hose against a hard object and this usually loosens up the sand and throws it out.
