voltage light on

2008 Sea Doo Utopia getting a voltage light on the right side engine when I power up.
Both batteries tested 90% and 100% heard a rumor that it maybe a bad voltage regulator.
Any ideas??

Hmmm... my PWC only has 1 single engine. Where'd you get one with 2 engines?
