I know its not a sea doo but hopefully somebody can give me some help.

I have a 07 honda F-12. Was out riding today pulling my cousin on the tube, i stopped and jumped in to cool off. Ski was running great, when i got back on i went to take off the ski had a lot of vibration to it and was not sounding right. I didnt suck up the rope, or anything else that i can see.
I looked underneath through the intake, the driveshaft looks good and the impellar looks good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Uhmmmm.... no clue Rob. It was running fine, you turned it off to jump in for a cool down, then you got back on and started up and it now has lots of vibration. Could the impeller have come loose when you turned it off? Can you reach up into the intake and grab the driveshaft, see if anything moves around or feels loose?

And tell us more about the sound you're hearing... does it sound like the engine is laboring too hard or what running inconsistantly or what?

Micheal,
Thanks for the response. I tore into it this afternoon, and found a small peice of wood stuck between the impellar and the wall of the pump. Got it all put back together and rode it the rest of the day. Ran great.
Thanks again.

Cool! I had a similar problem last week end. There was a small vibration, just enough to know the ski was not right. Ran it all weekend, when I took it home I found part of a plastic ice bag wrapped around the drive shaft. S**t happens!
