Trim stuck down?????

The trim on my 2009 wakepro 215 is stuck down. What could be the problem. I try moving the trim up and it won't move. Could this be just a bad fuse?

The VTS is a known common failure. The motors get wet and pop fuses. And, the module gets fried.

If you find a bad fuse and replace it and it goes bad right away, do not put another fuse in.

Unplug the VTS module from the MPEM. If you don't, you will smoke the MPEM and they are big dollars.
