If My pwc broke down on the water, how do i Tow it back to the harbour?

Read somewhere that you have to clamp a hose?!?

I have also heard that you can Tow a pwc if you go slow. how slow?

You could clamp the exhaust hose I guess but you'd still have to tow it slow. Without a clamp you're stuck with idle speed and even with it clamped probably around 5mph.

I installed an inline valve for one of my customers years ago on a new 4tec, he tows it pretty fast, around 20 mph with his big boat and never had an issue.

The water inlet line should be closed or water will backflow through your exhaust and into your motor which is not good. Idle speed only if you don't clamp it off. Read your manual, it will explain.
