I had a bunch of machines that have been too nice to part that sat in my storage spot for far too long so I decided to fly my brother up here and whip through these. Unfortunately I suck at remembering to take pictures but here are pictures of the end results.

All of them got...

-Rebuilt carbs with genuine Mikuni carb kits and needles and seats
-Fuel lines replaced, fuel pickup repaired, fuel selector cleaned and checked, separator Oring replaced
-Old gas siphoned, replaced with fresh non-oxy
-Oil injection lines replaced with Tygon line, Oil filter replaced, Primed and adjusted pump
-Rave valves cleaned
-Rotten pipe plug rewelded and painted (common issue on all 787s currently)
-Engine aligned
-New wear ring, verified prop condition, new pump oil and cone Oring
-Verified VTS trim system in working order, resealed housing, replaced boot and clips
-All electronics work correctly
-Water regulator checked/replaced/adjusted
-Replaced all questionable and/or broken parts
-Polished, waxed, detailed
-Mats and seat covers (other than the seat on the 95)

Thanks to my brother we got thru these 5 machines in 6 days flat!!!

The Airboxes and stuff are out waiting on some warm days to powerwash the bilges.

Heres my favorite....95 Xp 800!!

Those look awesome and I can't believe you got all of that done at 1 day per ski.
The only thing I don't care for are the black tip seat covers but they are better than a roached old one. I bought one for mine and am thinking of selling it NIP and splurging for a JetTrim.

The only thing that isn't bad ass is the sbt motor in the 95 but it only has like 2 tanks through it so it's essentially new. It was in there when I got it.

Absolutely... But these are skis to be sold and I got all of them at 50% black Friday deal so you can understand why I went that route.

The 97 has the so called "elite" cover on it and the materials are as nice as Jettrim... But they put padding on all panels so it was impossible to get it to lay perfectly. Jettrim is smart enough to put it only in key areas.

Also I outsourced the buffing... I have a great guy 5 blocks away at a great price.

They do look awesome and some lucky individuals are going to have a great summer thanks to you.
P.S. your builds convinced me, one new in package Blacktip seat cove up for sale! JetTrim order pending sale.

Awesome rebuilds......do you know what your buddy uses to buff/wax them?

3M professional products. He does at least a 100 boats a year and been doing it for years...suffice to say he's got it down. The 95 and 97spx were really faded before he did his magic.

They look great, someone will be getting a solid ski. Damn shame about the engine in that 95, but she is CLEAN!

great work...
Long live the X4 !!!

please post up your brothers schedule for April so we can fly his azz around the country and keep him busy :)
