In some states it is. But if you're referring to my pic, that was all one trailer with the boat and two skis behind it.

oh nice! honestly, I could use a rig like that. I love taking all the boats out for a fun day with friends. Mutliple tow vehicles aren't always easy to come by, especially with people that are trailer-capable drivers.

I don't know for sure if it's legal in KY, but I've got a buddy who tows his travel trailer behind his Suburban and tows his ski behind the travel trailer. He's done it for years, and actually he's towed it to FL and back several times.

In michigan you can tiw doubles as long as you stay under a certain length, and the front trailer is a fifth wheel setup. My dad tows a 37' fifth wheel and a utility trailer with his golf cart around up here.

In Georgia it is also legal as long as the first trailer is a tag. (5th wheel) I see it all the time on I75. Snowbirds going south for the winter bring everything including the kitchen sink.

We used to have double bottom gas haulers in Michigan but they were banned about 10-15 yrs ago. They kept getting into accidents & catching fire and burning the road so bad that the blacktop melted many times. I think double dirt haulers is still legal but nothing over 2 tankers.
