Man O man.... this is very strange indeed. I'm a 2-stroke guy fo-eva but I couldn't pass this smokin deal up. I've been thinking about restoring a 4-stroke but this one shouldn't need much at all if anything. Now I need to learn how these things work. Looks way complex next to the old 2-strokes. Unbelieveable technology on this thing. RXT-255S
Owner said 70 hours on the Supercharger - 170 hours on the ski. Should I be thinking about rebuilding the Supercharger? I got a lot of research to do on this thing but it's not gonna slow me down on the 2-stroke restos. LOL

Very nice, what year is it. I love to research, I did a pile of research a month or two back when considering a 4 stroke 155. I seen a lot of people say the supercharger should be rebuilt every 100 hours and then I seen it mentioned that they should be rebuilt every so many hours or annually according to the manual. Different years had weak washers yada yada. At 70 hours I would say it’s time to rebuild it,

Black and gold- Badass!

Very cool!

What is it doing/not doing?
Ski should be in great shape nothing needed (I doubt maintenance is up to top standards but I can take care of that). I'll probably take it out on the water tomorrow and get familiar with it. I've been reading the owner's manual. Day Yum this thing HAS some systems!! Lots of checks before I take this girl on the water.

2009 RXT 255. I agree on the supercharger. I guess I'll be working on 4-strokes now. :D

Just watched a video on the Supercharger. Seems there is no reason to rebuild it, but just check the torque and verify it is within acceptable range. Easy enough to remove and inspect and adjust.
