Thanks Matt 1184/1194 for the cases. Sorry I am stuck in my ways and threebond keeps changing the number. Remember when it changed from 1104 to 1104D LOL? 1211 for everything else.

In my unprofessional opinion 1211 shouldn't be used on cases but you know how that idiom goes.

Running a copper base gasket so it gets 1211 on both sides decided to go that way because I can reuse it

1211 is not compatible with copper. So it came apart and i dropped a 5 hole oem on it.

Its all torqued and ready for pt now

Well, their TSB says it "May corrode copper when hermetically sealed" but I can tell you we used it all the time back in the 90's on copper JS 440 & 550 base and head gaskets.

We used Hylomar on them too so that might be an option if you want to run the copper base gasket.
