Any one kno where I can find an accel pump nozzle for sbn carb? Cant find one anywhere. Starting to think it is an obselete part. If anyone out there has any idea where I can find one or an extra set of carbs laying around for parts let me kno. I am refering to the long nozzle that sticks into the card by the choke plate.

Just rob one off an old carb, betcha squirrel has a ton of them. Or find the Mikuni p/n and call one of the shops that actually carry Mikuni carb parts, they're out there.

The pump works fine. It's the nozzle that sticks into the throat of the carb that is clogged up so bad that I cannot get it cleaned.

If your wife has an ultrasonic cleaner for her jewelry, might try throwing the nozzle in there for an hour or two, this will probably clear it out and won't cost you more than a dime(excluding the he** you might catch).

Lol. Ill try that. I soaked it all night in a bucket of carb cleaner with no luck. The prevoius owner eliminated accel pump and left nozzles uncapped so no telling what is stopping it up.

If it's that bad, might want to leave it in longer, 8 hours = 480 minutes. Maybe you can score some of her cleaning fluid, simple green and water works, or maybe just water(as Honda recommends) if you blow it out good after. Naptha(coleman stove fuel) works too but can eat plastic, make a royal mess and pi** her off.

No luck with niche cycle. I cleaned jet with carb cleaner and naptha last night. Went to blow compressed air thru it and it shot out of my hand and into my backyard. Lol. Dumbass. Couldnt find it so now I am going to have to replace it. Cant believe this little nozzle is being such a headache. Still looking for someone with extra carb for parts. I will pay someome top dollar for this little bastard. Somebody out there has to have it

There are buckets of these carbs used sitting out there, I'm quite sure.

Don't forget about ebay, someone usually has some used ones there.

This guy wants to jam it to the buyer on shipping, for some reason, maybe you can talk him down to a reasonable shipping price or change shipping terms?

"DISCOUNT10" at check out.

use your old carbs for spare parts.

I don't buy anything used I can get new. not worth my hassle.

you will need to swap your jets into these carbs, and maybe the choke piece. bolt on and run.

new top plate = $90 on it's own
new pump = $100 on it's own
new T piece = $80 on it's own
new carbs?! priceless.

A little bit too much than what I have to spend right now. My carbs are in decent shape, thats why I am just trying to find this nozzle. But buying a carb might b my only option. Bump for anyone out here with a junk sbn carb laying around. Has to b someone.

That would be an SBNi 46ibody with vertical shaft, I believe, should be some of those floating around!

BUMP!

Niche does carry some Mikuni acc pump nozzles, I guess he doesn't have the exact one you're looking for and I haven't found the p/n yet either. Honestly, I don't recall what mine look like exactly so it's hard to match anything up and they come in all different sizes too, any numbers on that thing?

This guy has the pump diaphragm listed for sale (~$26), FWIW:

Well guys I finally broke down and ordered a set of carbs that need rebuild for 90 bucks. Best deal I could find and good price for both carbs with accel pump. Sportster, I did seee those needle jets on ebay but not sure if they would of worked. So I will just rebuild these carbs and try to resale to get my money back. So I am still going to need that nozzle to reassemble the carbs I ordered because I am going to have to pull the needle jet out of one of them. So if yall hear of one laying around shoot me a pm. And thanks again for everyones advice and help.

I don't know what "needle jet" you're referring too, maybe you meant the "accelerator nozzle"
