I cant understand why when my GSX 98 is out of the water the rpm seems to increase all the time well above the recomeded 3000rpm at 4000 rpm I have to pull the lanyard to make it stop otherwise ir will just keep on going to the point that pulling the lanyard does not even stop it the only way the to kill the engine is to pull the choke out to "smother" it ? In the water however it idles perfect at arround 1500rpm??And in all performs exceptionally well
