I recently had my ski repaired after a sinking incident.
The dealer replaced the stator which had corroded terminals.
Insurance would not pay the $850 replacement and only paid $100.
I was shocked how expensive this little part is. If I were to get the orinigal repaired for $100 how much would I get as a repaired stator? Is it worth the exercise.
The repairman told me you can get the same thing from Taiwan for $130. Seems a rip off is Sea Doo are charging $850.
