start seadoo without rave valve?

would it be safe to start my seadoo with one rave valve out? i just need to fog the engine

I wouldn't do it... but it probably won't hurt anything if it's just for 20 or 30 seconds.

He had an exhaust valve out for some reason (probably to clean/replace over winter)... he just wanted to know if he could start his engine without the valve in place. He wasn't spraying anything down there.

yup just cleaning the raves have a lot of work to do on both of them over winter
