Question about 93 GTS winterization.

The owners manual says to disconnect 3 hoses, hold them in the air and dump aluminum safe antifreeze in the without running motor. I only see two hoses coming from the pump area. One goes in to the cylinder above the carb. The other goes into the pipe in the front near the gas tank. I poured anti freeze in those two after starting the engine. It ran out the back near the pump and or pipe.

But I am not sure if it went all throughout the engine and pipe. None ever came out the pisser tube. I did not have a pump to pump it through. I can only gravity fill tube from a funnel. I did spray fogger into carb until died. I did fog cylinders with plugs out and crank a bit and respray.

Will that be good or do I need to do more?

You’re probably fine, make sure to backflush your machine in the spring in the garden hose so as not to spew antifreeze into the water you are riding on. I normally just back flush using Winterproof marine antifreeze that is safe for the environment while the machine is running of course.
