Spark Plug question

I Have a seadoo jetboat. Got it out for the first time today and wasn't running good. Want to change spark plugs, can someone refresh my memory. What do we set the gap on the plugs at??

have a 99 challenger with rotax, gap info is on a sticker on the back wall just above motor. do you have much trouble with fouled plugs?
