I know I have a current posting up, but I was able to get it running on dry land again. What I am getting is some backfiring, and smoke in the hull. I also think that the fuel line that I replaced the gray line with is too big possibly. I think that I am getting fuel leaks from somewhere yb the carbs. It looks and smells like fuel is pooling on the rear carb. It's a 97 GSX. It only smokes real bad when it backfires and it looks like it's comming from behind the carbs where the exhaust manifold starts. Could this be some of the issues that are stopping this thing from running correctly?????

Yes. The exhaust leak(s) are asphyxiating the motors fresh air. Cause of the BF.
