Skis touching on trailer

I have an older karavan trailer for my 2 jet skis but they rub pretty good while on the trailer. I mainly want some separation between the two just to be able to throw the covers on them easily. I added a picture for reference but I'm looking for some suggestions on what I can do to get a little bit of spacing. Thanks in advance!

Could raising the center bunks get me away with it? Is there any reason I shouldn't try that?

Spacers between the angle brackets and the bunks on one side is what I would try first. Good idea.
