ski s wont take fuel?

i have a 90 sp and a 93 spi. both are giving me problems when i try to put fuel in them. they are acting as if they are full of fuel, yet they are not. also, i ran both of the skis out of fuel, relying on the reserve tank to get me to the marina. the ski s would nt fire after switching to reserve. no guages. had too pull both ski s by hand to ramp!! any help greatly appreciated.

The old skis had a crappy fuel fill hose. It goes about 2~3 inches, and makes a 90 degree bend. When the tank is full... so is the hose.

On the old skis, all you can do is fill them slow.

pull the sending units out ans inspect the hoses.
