Friday July 20 I ordered a new top-ot-the-line cover for my '05 RTX. They say 5-7 working days, so I expected to have it by this past weekend. Sent an email yesterday asking for an update or tracking #. Guy told me "oh, those are out of stock and aren't expected in for 2-4 weeks! I DID get snotty about why no email or other form of notice, and he says they sent an email last week. NO, no email in the only acct they have an address for, I've even gone back to check if it's been trashed or treated as spam, no sign of it.
Now I will have to wait a minimum of 5 business days for the funds to go back in my acct before ordering elsewhere because I'm done with Seal Skins.
