Seadoo xp di misfire

I have recently rebuilt my 2003 seadoo xp di which I bought not running.

Work done:
Wsm top end rebuild kit (currently 130psi on both)
Rebuilt air compressor
New air injectors
New fuel injectors
New air and fuel regulators
New ngk plugs and plug caps.
Rectifier checks out

It idles fine but when you hold it at different rpm's it misfires, stutters on the way up from idle, does fully rev out just not smoothly.

The fuel pressure drops as it misfires, is it dropping because its not compressing the air during the misfire or is my fuel pump stuffed?

Both plugs soot up straight away. The only thing I havent changed is the computer and the coils. Please someone have an idea whats going on, im so sick of this thing.

You have identified the problem. Fixing it is more complex. The DI fuel system requires both the fuel pump and air pressure to be within spec. Check dead head fuel pump pressure and monitor air pressure during misfire if possible. The Seadoo Shop Manual can be found with an internet search and will guide you through the process.

Is the fuel pump OEM? Aftermarket fuel pumps do not have a good track record on DI's.
