Seadoo Xp-DI 2004 acceleration problem

Hello im from norway im not good in english but here go's anyway.

I just got my Xp-Di cuppel of week.

It have been working fine, itel now
when i start it up, i driv slowly to get the engin hot before i give it full trothel.
but whene i do, the rpm go 5000 and the enging chock and struggels to get more rpm.
After 2 minute the rpm jumps up to 7000 rpm and everything works fine. but i feel the acceleration is a bit slow from 50mph to 65 mph it takes a bit more time that it ust to, maby 3 - 4 more second.
when i hit the lake the next day the same thing happen with the rpm intel the engin is varm, and after that the engin work fine.
I chekd the gap betwen the impeller and for thing that maby enterd the impeller blokking it.
I chekd the fule lines, but i cant find enything.

Welcome to the seadoo forum Egg. Does the seadoo have fresh fuel? Have you tried replacing the spark plugs with the correct ones properly gaped? Is this the first time the seadoo was run after it was stored for the winter? Let me know some back ground so I can help.

Yes the seadoo have fresh new fuel. I havent tried changing the plugs yet, the workshop is colsed on sunday but im getting new once tommorow.
I have used the seadoo about 10 times sinc i got it this year, and i havent had any problems with it, intel now.

Try changing or even cleaning the the plugs and we'll go from there. Be sure they are gaped properly...

Well here is the spark plug.

im getting new ones tommorow but will not be abel to try the jetski before friday becouse im working late shift next week.

That did the trick by changing the plugs to new ones :cheers:

The xpdi is running normal again and thers no problem

Looking forward to have some fun on the lake this summer :cheers:
