Hey guys,

So last year I was a goof ball and decided to use DFI oil in my 2000 Speedster with the Mercury 1st gen 240hp. I am trying to avoid having to purchase more of it because it breaks the bank. Would it be a bad idea mixing TC-W3 with it? I was thinking I would run all the DFI oil until the tank was about dry and then adding the Penzoil TC-W3. Thoughts?

NEVER mix oils. It is a recipe for disasster. Drain the tank and the line and then go with the replacement oil.

Some do not mix well at all and create serious issues.
