Hi I rebuilt my jet pump because it was seized now it won't start it just makes a click noise, took jet pump off still won't start, tried jumping solenoid. Any other ideas

yea that or try another battery....if you checked your battery and is showing 12.5volts that is only a floating voltage...you need to check voltage when battery is under load....much like a car battery...if you turn headlights on battery should still show 11.5 volts or more....I always try the simpler things first...strange that it was running before you pulled pump though??

No what happen I pulled pump off, then it started, I rebuilt pump then put it back on and wouldn't start now I've got it off and it won't start. I'm just gonna test everything, I swear the hole motor is seized haha

sounds like new motor or rebuild...If it was me I would pull head off and check piston and bores...What colour are the Spark plugs (pics)

That's spark plugs, it was only rebuilt last August? Which is strange to seize up so quick. But what's the easiest way to get the starter motor out

need to see end of plugs...see if it was running lean or rich.....depends on your model...but first disconnect battery (no shorts then) and just work your way to it....most are only held in by a couple of bolts...if you have to lift motor make sure you keep any shims etc in correct position as you will need to realign it all when assembling....buy a manual......

you can join premium site on here...and the guys will talk you through it...with manual downloads as well from memory...I will go that way if I ever get really stuck... So far my knowledge of 2 strokes has sufficed...

really...I don't mind mine.... I just checked it is $59.95us to join for a year...bargain at that price..free downloads of repair manuals etc

Cheers mate. And yeah I guess I bought my second hand off a dodgy bloke

Yeah I bought mine second hand but took it for a run first....I have had really minor issues with it (just stupid stuff).... I think I have done better servicing of machine then PO's workshop....

To confirm,,,,

It did run, you rebuilt the pump and now it doesn't crank, removed the pump and it still doesn't crank? Is this correct?
