What have you done to the fuel system?
clean it all including the throttle body and all parts.

Is this the supercharged motor?

Hmm sounds fuel system related, I'll assume you've sucked all the crappy gas out and put fresh stuff in? If so pour some fuel injector cleaner (read directions on label for how much to put in), If you haven't changed fuel, suck it out put fresh stuff in and then run fuel injector cleaner through. Seafoam I hear is pretty sweet universal stuff.

Thats where I would start, gummed up injectors would certainly present this symptom.

i already did those thing but i found out that my moter chaft was slipping in the propeller and when i took the whole pump of it started reving good could that have a sensor or somting that keeps the motor from reving

the pump bearing is good but the splines on the shaft are worn out could this be cousing my problem ? does it have a sensor for thar?

Where about are you in florida? Lots of members there, maybe someone close by could take a quick look.

If the splines are worn at the engine side then the shaft won't be turning as it should. If worn at the impeller side then the shaft won't be turning the impeller as it should. it could be catching only a little bit. Replace it. How are the splines in the impeller?
PM minnetonka4me (in Minnesota) or his brother 99spxxx (in Texas)for used parts.
