Seadoo GtS 587 carb issue

Hey guys, I’ve got 2 seadoo Gts a 94 and 92, 587 single carbs. I’m having some carb issues on the 92 so what I’ve done... rebuilt the carb top to bottom (oem) replaced fuel line, filter, plugs, etc. compression is perfect, when I take off It shoots out of the whole then quickly falls off and When held pinned it miss fires terribly until back at idle. Then it’ll shoot out of the hole again perfect. I know for a 100% fact it’s in the carb because I swapped carb with the other ski. And it’s perfect! Pop off is 28psj, pump holds pressure according to Manuel. I’ve CLEANED AND CLEANED THIS carb. And rebuilt with oem. Any help is much appreciated

When you rebuilt the carb did you replace the internal fuel filter too?

Is there a flow restriction on the inlet port from ethanol rotting the old fuel lines?

It sounds like the carb meters fuel well but has a restriction which causes starvation under use.
