I need some help please. My seadoo was saying oil low, but I checked and it wasn't. Then while riding, it shut off on me and wouldn't start back up. Now it won't turn over and feels like it is seized. What should I do next?

Can you give us a bit more info?

How much oil was in your tank when you were running it? (positive it was not low?)
Did it run badly at all right before shutting down? (ex: bogging, etc)
Any abnormal engine noise before shutting down?

Kinda a pain, but taking the pump off and trying to crank it over (unplug spark wires and put them on ground posts first) to see if it turns over. That would rule out a siezed pump being the issue.

I am definitely not as knowledgeable as some of the guys here, but that is my two cents.

thanks man ,engine made a loud noise before it shut off,and one of my friend told me engine is seized and i might need a new engine .do u think there is some other way ,i unpluged the spark plugs but no luck either ,engine wont craank

remove the spark plugs and the grey cover, at back of motor. Now turn the pto, to see if she moves "freely".

If not, pull the pump assy off, not that tough to do, and then turn pto on motor again. If stuck, then you know, your motor is toast.

Dont relate the low oil light to the issue at hand. If you heard noises its prob a piston skirt, or a crank bearing. Turn by hand and see whats up...if it wount turn all the way start pulling the motor.

thank you guys for all the help ,i tried to turn pto with hand but no luck ,engine is seized .time to look for a new seadoo
