SCOM and depth finder trouble

I installed a new sea doo depth finder and RIVA SCOM today on my 15' Rxtx rs. The SCOM is working and depth finder only reads to 4' deep. Any suggestions. I rechecked wiring and air bubbles under gel pad 3 times it looks good
