RXT throttle cable issue??? w/video

I'm not sure if that's the way its supposed to be. I noticed it during a routine check after I got it back from the dealer. They were nice enough to "top off" my oil with almost 3/4 of a quart too much.

The best way to adjust throttle is to remove the intake pipe that goes into the throttle body. Most of the time the cable lever should not hit the stopper because its actually moving the valve in the TB too far, causing a loss of RPM. So take the intake pipe off and make sure at WOT the valve is straight
