History - Getting ready for summer, charged battery, connect key, 2 beeps, turning over, won't start, (don't laugh to hard) battery goes dead, and then I remeber to turn gas on. Charge battery again, 2 beeps, nothing not even a clicking noise. Jump silnoid, engine cranks on first try. Change silnoid, buy new battery (has a good charge), connect key 2 beeps, nothing again. Check fuses- good, check connections - good, disconnect strater and jump silnoid - won't crank, reconnect strater and jump silnoid - starts. Also, in the beginning (yes go ahead and have a good laugh) before I turned gas on I had readings on the gauges, now there is nothing there. Any and All Ideas will be tried and thanks for listening, hope everyone had a good laugh I know I did.

Its either you hooked wires up wrong on the solinoid, your battery is defective, or maybe you have a bad ground. I dont think its the MPEM....and the fuel selector has nothing to do with it.

I don't believe the silnoid is hooked up wrong, the top post is hooked to the battery along with a small red wire and the bottom post runs to the starter. It's a brand new battery and has a full charge.

Check the battery cables, even if they look good they could be corroded from the inside out. Wiggle the cables, if they "crunch" there is probably corrosion. If you can put a voltmeter on the battery and see if you can check the voltage under load, if less than 10v. its either the cables or a bad ground.

Yup sounds right to me...its gotta be a bad wire...ground. The randomness of your problems kinda points towards the ground.
