Hy @ all
I've got a 2000 Seado rx M.E. Carb.
Last weekend we were on the rive. I Stoped the Enginge to fasten the Waterskirope and It didn't start.
I changed the Battery, the Starter and the magnetic switch.
But the Problem stays:
The starter turnes the Engine very slowy but when i pull out one Sparkplug it turns over much faster.
I took a video of the situation:

The Battery is full and direkt connected to the starter
what could be the problem?

Just because the battery is charged, doesn't mean it's good. Also... it's hard to get enough current down the cables to get it to crank. do a load test on the battery. If it's good... then it's probably the starter. If you bought an aftermarket starter... that could be the problem. They aren't as good as the OEM units.

So i changed the starter cabel and the - cable.
If i try to start the starter turns over but the voltage goes under 8v...

Probably will show what you just found out.

I think that means you have a dead cell and you need a New battery

The battery is fine, tested. And i also tested a new one.
Starter is a new original seadoo..

You replaced it with another fresh battery and same thing? Then look somewhere else.
But sounds like not enough juice.

Your battery is bad. You should be holding 10.5v minimum as it's cranking. The RFI, Di, And DC-CDI SeaDoo's need at least 11v while cranking to fire reliably.
