Rfi keeps blowing fuse

I tested the stator with the engine running and got between 1-6volts betweens phases. I guess it's shot. I found a guy locally that rebuilds stators and electric motors and such to go ahead and fix mine

All i found was a piece of wire between the windings. Tested with another meter and got good resistance

There's no damage to the steel laminate core and the windings aren't burned or lose to rub on the flywheel magnet. So, as long as the winding isn't open or shorted to the laminate core then it should be fine.
