Requirements to be approved for the Sea-Doo Owners Forum on Facebook?

Having just bought a new GTX Limited, I've been researching all sorts of things about maintenance, upgrades, mods, groups rides, etc. and I'm often seeing great info on the Sea-Doo Owners Forum Facebook group, but I can't interact with anyone or any posts because I'm still awaiting admin approval. It's been about a month or so since I joined, but I haven't gotten any response or message from anyone about this.

Does anyone know how long this process takes or maybe I'm missing a specific requirement that will get me approved?? Thanks!

That's what I figured. Maybe I should reach out to one of the moderators and ask. I saw the admin's Facebook profile, but no way to message him directly.

Seadoo forums has nothing to do with the Facebook group as far as I know.
You will get much better maintenance and mods information here than you will from the "experts" on Facebook.

So I figured I'd try posting here since I can't post in the group until I'm approved. But yeah, I figured I'd get more information from this site than the Facebook group, but I was just trying to get approved there because sometimes there are some good posts there, but I can never reply or react to any of them.
