I am getting ready to install an interior kit, but have found much mold (black stains) on

Any good methods to get this out?

yeah chop it out. if you goto seadooupholstery.com he has tips on how to cut out spots and repair it.

How bout seat rivets?

I notice the rivets that hold the seats centers down have split shafts, so that they splay out real well. I have never run across this type. Are they commonly available?

When you guys stapled your bench cover on, did you then cut out the center (like the OEM was), or leave it covered? Instructions dont indicate anything with his regard. Also I found that the rivets used (on my seat anyway, whih look like OEM) were what is called tri-fold rivets. They splay out much more that the common pop rivet and are used primarily on softer surfaces, such as plastic, to prevenr pull through on blind holes.
